One of our all time fav projects was working with the lovely Catherine and Phil from Belfast Storage on their branding and new website. A well-known presence in their community, a competitor had moved in was using very similar branding….so rude huh! Catherine and Phil reached out for our help and we were up for the challenge!
Catherine and Phil really needed a brand and a website that not only accurately portrayed their service, but also clearly highlighted that it was them and why their offer was the best. Being part of the community for such a long time meant Catherine and Phil knew their customers incredibly well and really understood what they needed. A deep dive into their competitors, revealed that although the storage facilities were similar, the service and the strong customer focus was what made Belfast Storage really special and unique.
This knowledge and understanding was vital in creating a brand, messages and a website which was completely unique to them….and it was fun! Storage may not be the most exciting service, but Belfast Storages brand is definitely not boring and it is completely unique to Catherine and Phil. We loved it and so did they!
