Brief
To undertake a complete overhaul of the exisiting SEO, assist with rewriting the copy for their new website and then set up and manage their Google ads to accurately showcase Phoenix’ current offer and services in the Healthcare industry, increase their brand awareness in Canterbury and convert online leads into conversions, i.e. enrolments.
Delivery
Phoenix had already chosen a web developer prior to working with us, so partnering with them, we took over project management for their new website, creating a user-friendly customer journey for their new website layout, site mapping, consulting on the visual elements of the site, assisting with rewriting the copy and creating all of the on site search engine optimisation. Due to previously working with the team at Phoenix on their marketing strategy, we were able to efficiently and effectively cary out all of these tasks with their target audience, unique selling points and marketing goals in mind.
We finished up this project by setting up their Google advertising (and managing it for six months) so that they could continue on with a solid digital presence which they could hand over to a new internal marketing resource as their business grew.
Outcome
The outcomes from this project achieved well beyond the goals of Phoenix including:
Saving them half of their annual hosting fees because we found a way to merge two websites into one
Increasing their organic website traffic
Their new-found brand awareness gave them the ability to fast-track opening an off-site pharmacy
They became so busy they had to employ another GP and increase their opening hours
They reached their annual KPI of enrolments within just six months!
