Lincoln Shuttles
Brief
To create a refreshed and modern digital presence for Lincoln Shuttles. For an added twist, the business is for sale, so it was important to keep this website generic and non-personal to the current owners so that when it is sold, there can be an easy transition to the new owners. The goal is to provide clear information about the locations they operate in as well as the services offered, but also to encourage customers to get in touch if their enquiry is ‘outside of the norm’ or for them to easily make a booking online.
Delivery
Although this project presented several challenges, we were up for it! Some of our challenges included not having any login details or access to the existing live site, no current images to work with, no logo and the need for refreshed content with key messaging to speak to their target audience.
Working with the owners of Lincoln Shuttles, we:
Found access to their old site to enable the new site to go in its place
Created a logo, chose colours and brand fonts
Sourced stock imagery for their new website to match the new brand style
Held a strategic content workshop ascertaining important information for creating brand positioning, key messages and tone of voice
Contacted previous and existing customers to source testimonials for the site
From here we were able to create a beautiful new website covering all of the requirements from our brief.
Outcome
The website was launched within five weeks of our initial meeting and less than three hours after going live, Lincoln Shuttles received their first booking through the new online booking form. The current owners are very happy with the new site and look forward to handing it over to the new owners when the business is sold.
